I have broad research interests
in computer systems, including storage/file systems, operating systems,
computer security, and distributed systems. Most of my current research
focuses on Peer-to-Peer(P2P) technologies. If you are interested, please
go to my publications for details.
Many CS departments in Research Univeresities have attempted to rank conferences and journals in Computer Scicence.
by which they judge quality of your publications. Below, I provide the links for conference and journal ranking.

I spent 09/2000 thru 05/2005
as a PhD student in Dr. Yiming Hu
's research group
(OSCAR) at the University of Cincinnati for Computer
Science. During that time, my research work was mainly focused on storage/file
systems and P2P systems.
During 03/1997 thru 08/2000,
I worked as a software engineer and project manager in China. In 1999, I obtained
Microsoft Certified Software Engineer (MCSE).
I earned my
B.S. and M.S. from Huazhong University of
Science & Technology, China. I earned my Ph.D. from University of Cincinnati. I grew up in
Zhejiang, China.
