Nasha River. What do you think about the horizontal features on the sides of the mountains on all these photos? Are they bedrock controlled?

This is standing in one of the features in the Neozhidanaya valley on the mountain just behind the cabin. I'm not sure if you guys went there.
 
Same feature, but a little darker. The frost-shattered rocks form stone circles and polygons.
 
What do you think of this horizontal bench on the lower slope, above (and to the right of) the alluvial fan? This is in the lower Neozhidanaya River valley.
 
Kamnicharki River valley (tributary to upper Neozhidanaya River).
 
Toless River valley (east of Neozhidanaya River).
